I had another visit to do to Lund and since I enjoyed my previous stroll downtown as the sun was setting I figured I’d bring my camera again and explore some more, while getting my brain back into a photography mindset. I took a different route this time and ended up passing by both the University Library and the Botanical Gardens before reaching my bus stop. The fall colors were very pretty but I did lose a lot of light fast at the tail end of my visit. That is okay though since I got a few pretty good and moody pictures then too!
I am still working on getting my photography urge back after having very little desire for a while to apply my photographic eye to the world out there. Bringing a camera even though the main purpose of the outing wasn’t photography was clearly a good idea because I am pretty pleased with several of these shots! I think there’s something special with the last one of the woman walking by the window; how the warm glow of the inside shines out, but she still has to walk in the cold blue light of the already set sun. It makes me wonder who she is, what her story is.
